Test URL Generation

Prerequisites

  • An administrator account for the site. Administrators have full permissions to the specific site.

Steps

  1. Go to Persona Bar > Settings > SEO.

  2. Go to the URL Management tab, and then the Test URL subtab.

  3. Test a page URL.

    URL Management > Test URL

    1. Fill in the required fields.
      Field Description
      Page to Test Select the page from the tree.
      Add Query String (Optional) Enter ?key=value to test the URL with a query string. The generated URL will include /key/value.
      Custom Page Name / URL End String (Optional) Enter the name of the specific page to test, if any.
    2. Click/Tap Test URL.
    Result: The Resulting URLs field displays the possible URLs for the page, based on the site alias and the languages for that page.
  4. Fill in the required field.

    URL Management > Test URL

    1. Enter the fully-qualified URL to Test (including http:// or https://).
    2. Click/Tap Test URL Rewriting.
