Building upon years of ongoing research (the first edition of the report was published in 2010), the 2014 report “surveyed 164 communities across industry, use case, size and age. The average community age was 4.8 years.”

I’m excited to announce that we’ll be doing a webinar with The Community Roundtable. Rachel Happe, Co-Founder of The Community Roundtable, will share key findings from the 2014 report. Much of the research results made complete sense to me, while a few findings were a surprise.

Rachel will be joined by Mary Cauwels (our Senior Director, Product Marketing). Mary will share a few community management best practices that we’ve observed from customers of our online community solution, Evoq Social.
