In the fall of 2012 we introduced your first round of DotNetNuke MVP's; those exceptional community contributors whose participation and enthusiasm help make the DotNetNuke community the unique and collaborative environment that it is. At that time we also announced that we would add to the ranks of our MVP's again in the spring, making the award a twice annual event.

The DNN★MVP award celebrates current contribution. Each of these individuals has been selected in a process that begins with your community nomination and continues through a process of examination and selection. A committee of current DNN MVP's and active DNN employees consider open source Forge contribution, Community Exchange activity, user group participation and general DNN social media presence to identify those most deserving. During the process, we receive comments in the form of nominations and one of the received comments sums up well what it means to be an MVP...
"...is not out to glorify himself, but to help people; a humble, smart and helpful guy."
Please join me in welcoming your DNN★MVP’s for Spring 2013.
Do you aspire to become an MVP… you can! MVP’s are selected through a combination of community nominations and review twice per year, with the next opportunity coming up in November. DNN MVP's enjoy a number of benefits including promotion & recognition; monthly insider meetings & access to privileged resources; as well as more direct influence on product direction and community programs.
So start answering those Community Exchange posts, contribute to the open source Forge, join a DNN User Group and get your #Twitter on! You could join this distinguished group and find yourself… a DNN★MVP!
