According to GWT one of my pages has over 1200 internal links and my home page has 1000, but i only have about 250 pages on my site, plus a blog that i know will generate multiple pages with tags etc, so lets sat 450 pages max.

GWT is telling me that most pages have 572 internal links.

I dont understand why?

And will it be hurting me from an SEO point of view?

(Not sure if connected but when i carry out a google cache text view of the site i can see x2 Nav Menus?)
