I'm a noob to DNN - in fact, I'm a marketing director so please forgive my ignorance. I'm trying to get the buttons on my company's home page to work properly. Specifically, the carousel banner buttons on our home page: http://www.edupoint.com. On the desktop, they work fine, but they don't work at all on mobile devices.

As an example, here is the code for the button on the "Registration is now open" carousel banner:

Does anyone know how I can tweak the code so the buttons work on desktop *and* mobile devices? Thank you for your help in advance.
