Where can I find examples of Social Features on Mobile Devices?

With more users demanding mobile content we would like to evaluate how the Social Features appear on Mobile devices. We have had to do quite a bit of skin work on so-called "responsive" skins and would like to see how other folks are handling the appearance of social features (social bar, journal, activity feeds, groups) etc. on Mobile devices. Can anyone point us to some sites that are doing this well?
