Morning All

We have a new site, where when loading and navigating the top level links loading times are extremely poor (20-30 seconds(. We have identified a call (repeated) being made to 198.11.181.236 which we suspect is the culprit. To confirm this we enabled windows firewall and prevented access to that IP and the site loading times improved dramatically (sub 2 seconds).

I have taken a look at this IP address and i think it is a DNN one (hellodnn.com see http://tools.tracemyip.org/lookup/198.11.181.236). Can anyone shed any light on what it is for and why we are seeing delays when calls to this are made? What can we do to fix this properly rather than the workaround with blocking this?
