I made a change to my web.config and it broke but I was able to reverse that change by editing it from the file on the root.  It came back up but then I was changing the upload size of files and it broke again and I can't open the website with out this error. Server Error in '/' Application.  Can any one help me!  This is very important to get this back up as soon as possible as this is a County website.
