I am currently using the DNNPortal-Downloads module (I like the simplicity and permissions). I am curious if anyone has built a VBScript to allow multiple uploads and automatically fill out the neccessary information for the module by using the filename (i.g. Filename from filename, user from user, date from date etc.). Unfortanetly I cannot provide links or any pertinent information. I am just curious if anyone has tackled this or can point me in the right direction. Basically we have software which we have developed and provide the hotfixes, updates and service packs for the software and I need a way to upload gigabytes of data automatically. Our old website is a php script which names the file by the filename and uploads to a directory by doubleclicking a php script. Any help would be great.
