We have used DNN to build a very complex application for conducting Reliability Centered Maintenance analyses that runs at our contractor facility. As a contractor, I also manage other .NET applications that run on US Dept of Defense networks. Part of my job is to manage the Certification and Accreditation process for the suite of software applications that we manage that run on the DoD network. We are looking at migrating our DNN application from our facility to the DoD network, but there are security questions that have to be answered when using open source software on a defense network. The software would also have to be run through Fortify scans for security.I see that DNN lists the US DoD as a customer. Does anyone have any direct contacts that I could speak with to see how they have justified using DNN on DoD networks? Thanks for any help or ideas on this. I have been posing this question for quite some time on forums and direct messaging but have yet to get any replies.
