I am working on getting my current 4.9.x users to a 6.1.x installation.  Is there any documentation on how to do this?  I have some ideas on how I will do this, but I'm hoping there is something out there that can confirm what I'm trying to do.

I have many custom modules/extensions that I will have to transfer as well, but I'm more looking for transferring the core module user data.
