First, an error message said, "Site Under Construction."  There is no escape.  Trying to reach the DNN website through any method kept returning exactly the same message.

Searching for "Site Under Construction," the DNN wiki suggested that message arrived because of a hiccup between upgrades, and suggested installing the latest upgrade.

The latest upgrade was installed, only to have the message switch from "Under Construction" to "This site is currently Unavailable," which is not how rightanglecompanies.com reads.

Does anybody know how to correct this?  Thanks.
