Hey

I'm really new to DNN, so please bear with me if this is a trivial issue, haha.
My theme\skin was working perfectly in WebMatrix, but ever since I deployed it to our 'live test' environment it's been acting weird.
What happens is that whenever the site gets loaded the theme doesn't get applied until the user logs in.
Before logging in everything is just plain white with basic text and just black font with blue links...

I'm using DNN 6.2
