We are a cultural association with the site quadrantearte.org.

For logistical reasons, we were forced to change the Plesk control panel to WebSitePanel. We have transferred the files to the site and restored the DB on the new server. We have modified the web.config with the new credentials for the connection, but unfortunately The site always has the page "/ Install / UnderConstruction.htm."

It 'obvious that there is a connection problem with the DB but can not figure out what it is!
