I am running my site set to .net 4.0. Everytime I upgrade it resets the the telerik dll's to the .35 versions. I just did this again for 6.2.2. When this happens the login popup does not close when you login (this happens on other pop-ups also).  When I change the telerik dll's to the .40 version ( I have a Telerik license) then the login popup works correctly.

Is there something that I should set so the .40 versions whould be used during the upgrade?
