I recently added / installed a SSL Certificate (from Thawte) on a site that I want to use as an e-shop.
The setup has been done correctly and according the manufacturer instructions on Plesk platform on my internet provider.
I defined only the pages that needed to be defined as secure from Page Management and no other page as per the RevIndex e-commerce module instructions that I'm using.
After some idle days of not using the site and after a recent upgrade to v.7.3.3 from v.7.3.2 and after I experienced delays in the server response in some of the Host & Admin menus e.h. Host -> Host Settings, Host -> Lists, host -> Vendors, Admin -> Site Settings and so on but not all and some exceptions - see https://dnntracker.atlassian.net/browse/DNN-6027 in Edit Mode, I noticed that the above referenced Host pages from the Page Management are been set up as secure pages (!!!)
I'm sure that I did not set them as secure. I have a suspicion that most possibly a TurboSQL scripts have been applied onto the DB - see https://dnnscript.codeplex.com/
I must point out that I used TurboSQL instructions to unschema the DB before the recent upgrade but I did not apply them onto this current one i.e. v.7.3.3. but maybe there were some left-overs from the previous apply of the scripts onto the DB.
My question is Should the Host pages be secure or not and how have they defined as secure?
