I am getting the following error:

Unable to start debugging on the web server. Web server is not configured correctly.

I am assuming this is a configuration issue with IIS however, I checked and re-checked to see if followed all the instructions correctly in the training videos which I did. I am able to access the DNN portal running in IIS by going to dnndev.me on my local computer fine.
