I've got a few sites running DNN 7.4.1 and I've noticed that the static resources like css and javascript have query strings ?cdv=xx where xx is a number. Usually I've seen this when the Client Resource Manager is used but in my cases I'm not using that feature of the platform.  Does anyone know why those query strings are being added and a way to turn that off?
