Hi,

Currently we are using DNN 5.6.0 in production and we are planning to upgrade latest DNN version. For that I took the copy of QA environment to set up a DEV environment.

After setting up DEV environment, while accessing application I got a message "You are using an unlicensed and unsupported version of DotNetNuke Professional Edition. Please contact sales@dnncorp.com for information on how to obtain a valid license"

When I try to active DEV license through Automatic & Manual activation I got an error message "A critical error has occurred.Method not found: 'Void DotNetNuke.Common.Utilities.Config.Touch()'."

Need your assistance to fix this issue please (screen shot attached for your reference)
