I installed the German Language Package and everything is ok, except the Terms and the Privacy. Every navigation site is in German.

Can anyone help me to change the Terms and the Privacy in German. Actually, it shows up all in English and with all HTML-Tags like in the picture.

I found the Germen Site file Privacy.ascx.de-DE.resx and Terms.ascx.de-DE.rscx but they don't appear in my browser.
