I am attempting to install DNN 7.4.2 on a Windows 2008R2 with IIS7 and SQL Server2008. I created my DB and updated the connection strings in the web.config. I setup IIS and made sure my App Pool Identity account has full control and my IUSR account has Modify.

Upon bringing the site up at http://dnn.shopjuzo.com the following happens:

In Chrome the page redirects to the install/instalwizard.aspx and gives a generic "You do not have permission to view this directory or page"

In IE it just presents a 403 Forbidden and does not redirect to the installwizard.
