I am using DNN 7.2. Password reset functionality is not working here. To reset Password, I give valid user name and clicking "Send reset Link" button displays message "If the username entered was correct, you should receive a new email shortly with a link to reset your password."

But no email received. I am new to DNN and feeling difficulty to find out the reason of it. will you please guide me for this.
