Hi, I am getting this error when I browse to the root of a newly installed DNN isntall package at /localhost:80/imcw:

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

Error Code 0x80070021

I have added DNN as an application under the default web site in IIS, and I believe my permissions are correct on the DNN root folder.  Any idea here?

Windows 8.1, DNN7.3, SQL Server express.
