I am new in DNN and has just started working in DNN 9.1.1. I am not being able to parse my html template. Here is what I have done.

1) Downloaded INSTALL PACKAGE from the DNN site.
2)Set Up my site on IIS.
3) Added new folder with the name MYSkin in the Skin folder inside Portals > _default > Skins folder.
4) Opened my site in browse and clicked on Themes in MANAGE section.

My theme is present there but I am not sure how to Parse Theme Package.

Please help me with this.
