Is is possible to get route relative URL's back from DotNetNuke.Common.Globals.NavigateURL? 

I'm in the middle of building some new modules which integrate with the journal API amongst other things so lots of the URL's are being pushed into the journal, once I get off the test server & domain name I'd like to make these work on the new domain. Having the domain name in the URL is going to cause me problems.
