I have to get rid of my 2003 VM and upgrade it to 2012, so I'm trying to move my DNN Intranet to the new VM, after which I'll upgrade the DNN version. But I can't get the site to run on the new server.

Old site is 6.2, using SQL Server 2005 standard edition. Due to licensing, I have to use SQL Express on the new server. I've copied the site and detached/copied/reattached the database to the new server, created logins, etc

When trying to run the copied site, all I get is the DNN installation wizard and it won't progress past the 'Configure Database Connection' page. Errors are :

I know I have the database credentials correct, and the proper file permissions. Is there something in web.config I'm missing??
