I need to roll out modules on portal level (rather than on instance level) to adapt module settings directly within the configuration files (example: local resources files).

These changes won’t be the same in all portals, why I ask you, if there is a way, not to store the modules in \DesktopModules (here the file-changes will be equal for all portals) but rather saving modules within the portal folders individually.
