We have a few DNN 07.04.01 (280) hosts running dozens of portals each in Azure Webapps. Once in a while, seemingly at random, almost always on a nested tab page (example: http://somewebsite.com/Services/Service-Request), module titles will begin to show. The only way we've found to clear this issue is to bounce both of the 2 Azure webapp instances serving the site.

Is anyone aware of the cause or the cure for this issue? I read about a "fix" in a previous release where the dev admitted it would help in "most" cases. I think we're unlucky enough to be outside of most...
