I have a strange issue. I have a responsive skin that is used on a separate mobile site. If I browse there directly no issues site shows as it should be all css and design is loaded

However now I switch on the mobile redirect and if i go the website on my mobile  its only shows html and images no colors or styling. This is also the case if I browse the mobile site directly

If I browse the same site on a webbrowser everything shows perfect.

Now i disable the redirect again and the mobile site shows perfect on my phone again again.

Site is 6.2.3 ( pro )

Any idea what can cause this, what in the redirect code could cause this kind of behaviour
