I recently upgraded two sites I am working on to 7.3 and then 7.3.1 on my development machine (Windows 7) with no problems.  However, attempting to do the same on the production machine (Server 2008), the control bar and all DNN dropdowns on my prod site no longer work!  I can login and see my custom modules but the Control Bar dropdown menus don't work, clicking on Admin or Host in the control bar goes to the proper page but it looks jumbled and trying to access any DNN dropdown on admin pages does nothing -- no admin page works.  I have spent 5 days trying everything I can think of including clean installs and nothing works on admin pages although the dropdowns in my custom modules work.

My second site is a new site that goes into an endless loop trying to login after clicking "visit website" after an install.  Accessing the site a second time gives me a 404 error "http://mysite:80/Login?returnurl=/&PopUp=true. This is after a completely clean install of 7.3.1.

I have gone through everything I can think of an combed the web.config file.  Any ideas?  My Prod site is down since I can't just revert to 7.2 and keep in sync with the dev site (which had a LOT of new changes).
