I've recently taken over management of a DNN website for a client who cannot recall either the host or admin user passwords. Registration of new users is also disabled. The forgot password link does not work because the SMTP server configuration was never properly set up.

I have both FTP access to the files and MS SQL Server Management Studio access to the database.

How can I find or reset the host and admin passwords?
