Responsive skin Gravety. Modified.

I'm not able to edit website and host properties. Instead of changes to apply, refreshes the page with former values. I can edit content en pages.

An other strange behaviour sample: kenniscentrum-reeen.nl/Samenleven The websites acts like a mobile-site on desktop-PC. If logged in acts the website 'normal'.

If I return the original skinfiles and css files the action remains.

I need some clous to get rid of this spooky responsive behaviour.
