How is localization supposed to work when a module is "localize" enabled.
Currently, if portal localization is fully enabled, a portal will have duplicate copies of each page and the modules within each page. This means that language EN can have an entirely different site map than a DE language. And that the modules on each page can be entirely unique.
How would this work with a module that is already localize enabled, such that a user could see different text depending on their selected language?
Under the current architecture it looks like a localized site could have custom pages, with custom modules. If a module is localize enabled then it would further have a set of localized content. This can result in a spaghetti like portal.
