Is there a way to get the folder structure (and folder contents) from my DNN 5 sites to my DNN7+ sites?

Hi! I have a single DNN 5 instance with 6 portals live on my server. We did the upgrade to DNN 7+ on a dev box. When we did the upgrade, we took a snapshot of the database the sites were using at that time and moved it to the dev servers to do the incremental upgrades. Unfortunately, for a variety of reasons, content updates were made to the old LIVE DNN5 sites, so now the live and dev sites are not identical. Is there a way to bring over the contents of folders, at the very least? Lots of images, pdfs, videos, etc. that have been used in email marketing and in other places.
