I'm planning to use DNN 6.2 for my intranet.

I've evaluated lots of systems and none seemed easy to manage for a non technician. Other are to expensive (SP) or limited in storage.

I want to use DNN 6.2 as a portal for serveral sites : Companyportal with intranet + site for document management + teammanagement with outlook connection + extranet and some small commercial sites.

Do i create separate sites or a companyportal with subsites for the intranet and other sites for the external sites ?

How can i give my authorized networkusers persmission to login without pasword ?

What free modules are available for news (example info i receive by mail) ?

What free modules are available for announcements with approval, subscription (for example invitations, courses, HRM) ?

Is there a free connector for Outlook tasks, agenda ?

Is there a manual available ?
