Hi.

I have downloaded an installation package of DotNetNuke 6.2.3.(a zip file).

 I have problems extracting it, to any location - it says in the first row of the WinRaR Diagnostic messages: "C:\..\DotNetNuke_Community_06.02.03._Install.zip: Cannot create 403-3.pdf", in the second row: "Access is denied", and then it goes on and on, displaying messages for each file that "The system cannot find the path specified."

I clicked the Unblock button on zip file Properties section, but it still can't unzip the files.

 Please help.
