Just upgrade to 07.02.01.  I was hoping that these 2 issues would work, but alas not.

I am assuming that folder permissions are the culprit.  

Logging in as host, the Image Editor works fine.  All other accounts in the Administrator role do not.  I have tried setting the folder permissions in the File Manager, but no change.

Has anyone else resolved this?
