I keep running in to problems with trying to get DNN up and running. I'm using DotNetNuke_Community_07.01.02_Source, Visual Studio 2012, SQL Express 2012. My install process is extract, set permissions for the default app pool on the website folder, rename project, create database, create web.config from Debug config, open in Visual Studio, build solution, copy DDR Menu install from DNN Platform/Externally Sources to website/install/module, open website in browser, run through installation process, view website. For some reason I keep getting a redirect to Getting Started, and adding a module to the page gets rid of this redirect. When I try to add a new module, the Text/HTML module is missing, and I can't install it.

It has taken a lot of fiddling to get it to this point, hitting snags along the way...

any help would be much appreciated. Is my installation process wrong? Am I missing something?
