We are running DNN 7.2.2. We have an out of date lists table that is missing regions for many countries. I would like to update the table with regions for all countries (like the one in DNN 7.4 lists table which appears to be up to date).

We are missing thousands of entries (our Lists table has 1,600 entries versus the latest one which has 5,000+) so doing this manually will take for ever. 

Is there an automated process/script to get this done?
