An old portal that I recently upgrade to 7.2.1 is missing the Languages module. The page is there under Admin but has no modules on it and when I try to add new module, the module isn't among the options. The code is there under Desktop Modules/Admin/Languages so I'm just missing the Module Definition in the Database.

How can I reinstall it or recreate the Module Definition?
