Is there a way to locate all modules that are set to be included on every page in DNN?

This is set when you add a module to a page and working backwards it seems very hard to find what has previously been set to be included on all pages.  

I also don't see where to find which page the module was added to in order to go back and modify the setting to not be included on every page.

How can I find which modules are set to be included on every page and where they have been added?
