Hello there,

 I've been looking around and can not find a tutorial on how to create an RSS feed that contains only 1 category of my blog. 

 My blog RSS feed = http://marketing-staffing.com/Blog/tabid/66/rssid/1/Default.aspx

 The category that I want is on this page = http://marketing-staffing.com/BlogMain/BlogEvents/tabid/91/catid/4/Events.aspx

 I'm not a coder by any means but I am assuming there is a way to customize the RSS URL so it only pulls blog posts from a specific category. Any help is greatly appreciated.
