While DNN 7.3 includes V3 of the FiftyOneDegrees client capability provider which offers major speed and memory management improvements, I'm still finding it consumes a significant amount of memory and since I'm not using it on most sites, I'd like to disable it. There was talk of there being a switch to disable it in DNN 7.3. So, what's the best way to disable it? Or, should we still eliminate lines from the web.config and DLLs from the bin directory as described in this post:
