I need to know how to change which Tag Dictionary used by the Q&A module.

I am deploying the Q&A module for different portals running on the same host, so they are obviously sharing the system dictionary "Tags". As the portals are quite different, sometimes in different languages, I would not want to be mixing the tags in this one flat non-hierarchical dictionary for 2 reasons:

1) I want to reuse these crowdsourced tags for other parts of each portal
2) i would not want to throw users of by auto-completing their tags with completely irrelevant subject matter...

It would seem odd that a module developed for a multi-portal CMS would not be able choose the applicable tag dictionary per portal. :(
