I'm looking to develop a mobile app, with DNN on the backend.
I'm developing a Web Service that receives a DNN UserID and returns the user's Profile Picture.

When I create a project in Visual Studio and look to add a reference to DotNetNuke library/framework, I can't find it.

Quite a bit of documentation on module development w/ Templates, but can't seem to find answer to this question.
