My situation is that I have a FAQ that I want to put into 10+ child sites. My problem is that I would have to manually insert it into every child site. If I did that, it would mean that I would also have to update each FAQ in each child site every time I made a change to the FAQ. The child sites are also secure and require a login to see the content. I do not want this FAQ to be publicly available because it contains private information. 

Ideally I would have a FAQ page in the master site that was accessible through all of the child sites.  Can someone please describe how to do this?
