REALLY getting frustrated with this. I am not a programmer, or expert on DNN, but I have been using it for years. Why in the *&^* can't I find how to change the Terms of Use on my site?

Is this data stored in the SQL database? How can I find it in the SQL database?

The whole "Language Editor" issue has totally baffled me. I can find the Resource, in the Language settings, I can change the Localized Value, but I CANNOT figure out how to change the Terms of Use text.

I am on 9.1.1, and any help would be GREATLY appreciated. And yes, I have searched high and low and found a couple of posts dealing with this. But they all dead end at the language editor (which does not seem to be able to edit anything). One post said to copy the file to an HTML editor, but I have not been able to even figure out how to copy the so called file.

Why in the hell isn't this in the documentation?
