I hve my third installation. A brand new one cause in my previous two installations I can't follow users. In the second, after a few time when it was possible.

So in this site I can follo users.... but nothing happens. I mean, if user A follows user B and user B writes something in his journal, User A can't see it in his own journal. Only in user B's journal, as any other user tha are following nobody.

Is it normal. If not, What is the result of follow an user?
