I'm not sure if others have experienced this but creating anchor links using the Text/HTML editor are now showing additional parameters. For example, a simple anchor link should look like this, page.aspx#anchor, but now they show up looking like this, page.aspx?ctl=Edit&mid=3091#anchor. Clicking on the link requires a person to log into the site. I understand why it's requesting the user to log in, but I'm not sure why the additional parameters are being added after saving the content.
