Hi, and good morning to everybody.
I have encountered a problem while trying to upload a fav icon to a development site.
This is the error message that I get:
RESX:UploadError.Text
I have tried several times and each time I go to save the setting but each time it returns the above error.
I know that I could just upload this fav icon to the portal root folder but that does not explain the error.
Once again any and all help is greatly appreciated

PS. No error message shows up in the event viewer.
